Good Morning Gardiner Hawks! These are your announcements for Thursday, January 4th

Just a reminder that today we are on a Double Advisory Bell Schedule

Mr. Foz’s No Place For Hate will be meeting today during 1st lunch

Mrs. Blythe's second lunch No Place for Hate will meet in her classroom today to discuss the pledge and make posters. Hope to see you there!

The Gender Sexuality Alliance...also known as The GSA ...is meeting Friday in the Game Room at lunch! Bring your food and hear about this year's social justice work! 

The Gardiner Musical needs students with art and building skills to help create the stage set for this year's production of The Sound of Music. 

To be a part of Gardiner's Production Crew, you should have some Art, Woodshop or Maker Space experience here at Gardiner. Led by Mr. Kinast, this group will meet twice a week after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting on Jan 16 and going through February 22. 

If you are interested, please contact Mr. Kinast or Mr. Hancock. There will be a short meeting of prospective crew members with Mr. Kinast and Mr. Hancock next week to make sure you understand what will be expected from you. 

Are you planning to be on the Gardiner Wrestling team?  If so, make sure you have a current physical on file.  You cannot participate in practice or meets until you have all your paperwork in.  If you’re not sure whether your physical is up-to-date, you can check with Mrs. Barchus or Mrs. Bugni.  

Are you part of Gardiner’s musical production of The Sound of Music?  You cannot participate in rehearsals or other events until your After School Activities Google Form has been completed by your parent/guardian.  Rehearsals begin today after school, but about 40 of you don’t have it in!  If you’re not sure whether your parent or guardian has submitted the After School Activities Google Form, you can check with Mr. Hancock, Mrs. Barchus or Mrs. Bugni.  If your parent or guardian submits it by 3:00pm you can participate in rehearsals this afternoon!  After School Activities fees can be paid in the Welcome Center before school, after school and at both lunches.

Are you interested in Ski Bus??  Ski bus sign up is up and running!!  January’s ski bus will ONLY be available to sign up through Tumwata’s website.  February’s ski bus is available to sign up through Gardiner’s website. Ski Bus will be every Friday in January and February.   If you have any questions please contact Mr. Wezensky.
