Dear Gardiner Families,
Thank you to all of our families who helped support our Fall Fundraiser. We raised
close to $12,000 for Gardiner. These funds will help support Outdoor School, Library
upgrades and other special programs and events at Gardiner. We feel so thankful for
the support you show!
Tuesday we had professional storyteller Christopher Leebrick here reciting the “Tell
Tale Heart” to our eighth grade students. He brought to life this classic and shared
his experiences about story telling. It was a real treat. Thank you PTSO for
supporting this event.
Thank you to all of the parents who helped us with the Fall PTSO dance. Without
your help we could not host these events. The kids seemed to have a great time!
Mark your calendars for the next dance January 29, 2016.
Please mark your calendars for parent teacher conferences.
All grade levels will host an arena style conference during the following times.
• Monday November 23 from 1:00-4:00 PM and 5:00-8:00 PM.
• Tuesday November 24 from 8:00-11:30 AM, and 5:00-8:00 PM.
At arena style conferences, all teachers will have a table in the gym or cafeteria. You
can meet with any or all of your child’s teachers. Plan on spending a few minutes
with each teacher, more time if you have specific concerns you would like to address.
This is an important time for teachers and parents to connect and support the
